Terms & Conditions
Customers should remove all personal
belongings from their vehicle prior to a valet, on a premium valet the boot should be empty, also if you have a child seat in the vehicle please remove them prior to us arriving.
Detailed Ltd will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted.

The valeting times are an estimate only. Each vehicle is different and may require more or less time to fulfil the valet type.

We reserve the right to alter or move a booking in line with machinery or equipment failure.

All vehicles are cleaned and valeted at the customers own risk.

Detailed Ltd reserves the right to refuse or deny any booking or continue with their service if they deem the customer to be unreasonable.

Detailed Ltd reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked valet.

Payment methods include: Cash, Bank Transfer, Card payment, Contactless Card Payment.

Pricing Terms & Conditions
Our minimum call out charge is £40.00 per vehicle.
All bookings need to be secured with a non refundable/non transferable deposit, the deposit will be taken once you checkout. Alternatively you can bank transfer the deposit, just ask for our details (see cancellation policy).
Our prices are based on valet type and condition of the vehicle.
Our price list will be advertised as a FROM price. Any price we quote over the telephone is an estimate only and is to be used as a guide, NOT a guarantee.

Cancellation Terms & Conditions
To confirm your booking with us please fill out your details on our booking appointment page.
This is a non-refundable/ non-transferable deposit which will secure your booking. You won't lose your deposit if we need to rearrange the service due to weather conditions.
The remaining balance can be paid by cash or card on the day once the service has been completed.
Detailed Ltd reserves the right to keep the deposit payment if the booking is cancelled.
